Camp Cost
Camp VCA requires a one time enrollment fee of $50 per family. This cost covers a Camp VCA t-shirt and necessary supplies for each camper. The cost of Camp VCA is $210 per week. This fee includes snacks, all activities, and Friday lunch.
We require full payment each Friday by 5pm for the next camp week. This ensures that your child's spot is secured and allows us to plan accordingly. Payments should be made through the ProCare portal, but we can accept cash or check at the front desk prior to 5pm each Friday.

What are the age groups for Camp VCA?
Camp VCA accepts children entering kindergarten through sixth grade for the 2024-2025 school years.
What are the hours?
Drop-off begins at 7:30am and programming begins at 8:30am Monday-Friday. Campers must be picked up no later than 5:30pm.
Are there specific requirements or forms that need to be completed before my child can attend camp?
To ensure a smooth registration process, we ask you to complete the required forms for Camp VCA in the ProCare app. These forms include emergency contact information, medical history, and consent forms. They help us ensure the well-being and safety of your child during their time at camp.
How can I pay for camp?
Camp payments should be made through your ProCare portal. Should you need to make other arrangements, you may bring cash or check to the front desk before 5pm on the Friday before the next camp week.
Will my child be able to bring electronic devices to camp?
To ensure that our campers have a productive and enjoyable experience, we aim to create a conducive environment that is free from any potential distractions. Therefore, we kindly request that all electronic gadgets such as music players, headphones, cell phones, tablets, iPods, and the like be left at home. Camp VCA will provide a safe place to keep such items should campers need to bring them along.
What qualifications and experience do the staff at Camp VCA have?
At Camp VCA, we pride ourselves on having a highly qualified and experienced staff. Our director and several team members are certified teachers. All team members have a range of backgrounds and expertise, including children's ministry, education, child development, and recreation. Many of our staff members have previous experience working with children in various capacities, including teaching, mentoring, or coaching. They undergo thorough background checks and receive training in safety protocols, first aid, and CPR. Rest assured, your children will be in capable and caring hands!
What types of activities will campers participate in?
Campers at Camp VCA will have a blast participating in a wide range of activities! Each week, we have exciting themed Bible lessons that incorporate fun and meaningful teachings. In addition, campers will engage in academic enrichment activities to keep their minds sharp and curious. They'll also get to unleash their creativity through arts and crafts projects. For those who love sports and the outdoors, we have a variety of games and activities to keep them active and energized. And guess what? We have special guests lined up each week, including the Perot Museum, Bricks 4 Kidz, and even gardening lessons! These special guests bring unique experiences and learning opportunities to our campers. So get ready for an action-packed summer filled with adventure, learning, and lots of fun!
What safety measures are in place to ensure the well-being of the campers?
Safety is our top priority at Camp VCA! We have trained staff members who are certified in first aid and CPR. We also maintain a camper-to-staff ratio for close supervision and individual attention. Our facilities are regularly inspected to ensure they meet safety standards, and we have emergency protocols in place. Additionally, we have procedures for allergies and medical needs, and we consider dietary restrictions when planning meals and snacks.
Are there any field trips or off-site activities planned during the camp?
While we don't transport campers to any off-site field trips, we've partnered with some awesome community programs to bring the fun right to Camp VCA! We'll have special guests and exciting activities that will make every day feel like an adventure. Your child will have a blast exploring new interests and experiences without leaving VCA grounds.
